[tde-announcements] Expected power outages of primary archive

Due to the reconstruction of the electrical wiring in the building, the power outages of the primary archive will be in the coming days. Thanks to the role of the primary redirector, the availability of packages should not be affected.

The outages are currently announced:

+ Tuesday 10 September, from 10 to 13 UTC + 16th to 20th September, from 6 to 16 UTC - 3 to 4 days in this period

It can be assumed that there may be some outages regarding the Internet provider's infrastructure, so there may be some other outages in availability.
