Attached is the working (for me) mock of a focused kmenu. It still
needs polishing. I'm sure it still missing things or can be focused
further. I would really like input on how to improve the structure as
well as any errors I may have made.
Thanks

Also true. Still, I find it that the whole departure to Dolphin in KDE4 was far from ideal still. Profile handling well would be better.
No doubt. Dolphin is completely unusable. There are just some errors in profile handling scripts which should be fixed. Also I noticed that many errors were introduced in KDE3 in final versions such as 3.5.10 while were absent previously. Seems like a marketing move to justify scrapping it.
Hi everyone,
this is my first post to the list.
I proposed myself to translate new strings into french and Tim advised
me to post here my questions.
I know how to use kbabel or poedit, but that's about all.
I would need someone to tell me what are the steps to follow to :
1) get po files updated with new strings corresponding to the added
features since 3.5.10
2) update these po files in the source tree, once I've added the
translated strings into them
Thanks for any help,
regards,
Denis
Hi all
We are trying to build trinity for Pardus Corporate 2. While we were building
tqtinterface we encountered below error:
...
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lqt-mt
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
...
Pardus C2 stores qt libs, headers etc. in /usr/qt/3 directory so we tried to
set --with-qt-dir and --with-qt-libraries options but nothing changed.
Creating a symlink of libqt-mt.so in /usr/lib prevents this error. However,
to fix this error we made a patch that adds $(QT_LDFLAGS) to libtqt_la_LIBADD
in Makefile.am.
I saw similar errors on email list that tells this is an autoconf problem. Is
this problem going to be a trouble for future trinity packages?
And finally, does anyone know a more appropriate way of solving this problem?
Thanks.
Seems that something changed in fixx11h.h:

Hi! It is not a secret that all major desktop environments have their
registered desktop categories for .desktop files. Since the KDE category has
been hijacked by KDE4, don't you plan to submit request for registration of a
Trinity category?
Is it possible to write a browser or KPart for KDE3 in Gambas? The Gambas
distribution already includes a simple browser based on WebKit and Qt3. Can
anybody inprove it by adding more features so to make it really usable?
Hi Tim,
I try compile kdelibs and it stopping with this error (tqtinterface is built
