Isn't that an app that you can add to the panel? I don't use it, so I hesitate to make suggestions, and don't want to screw up my own panel with experiments. However, as I recall, you right-click to unlock the panel,
the
right-click again to add apps.
I can confirm that. Right-click on the unlocked kicker panel,
choose "Add
applet..." and a nice box opens with a list where you should find kweather.

I notice that I added an extra N to Guinness (which only has two Ns). Must be that I haven't medicated yet this morning. I need that first drink to calm my nerves.
