Greets, everybody . . .
For the last few weeks, if I click on a link in a message in KMail, instead of the link opening in Netscape like always it produces the attached, and just sits there. It can be circumvented by copying the link and pasting it in Firefox -- Netscape -- but in that I'm pretty sure what's shown in the picture isn't the designed behavior it is worth reporting. Running TDE testing atop Debian Trixie.

I have no "standardprograms" in kcontrol, only file associations, in which html is, yes, set to firefox.

THen maybe you should try setting firefox as default browser. Its says all TDE application should honor this setting.
My kmail does open links in vivaldi, as set.

Strange. Mine was set to firefox as well. I looked in kmenu and for some reason unknown to me it takes "firefox-3" to start firefox, while "firefox" does nothing but throw an error.

Neglected to mention that when I set the default from firefox to firefox-3, everything works as expected.
