For those interrested, MX-Linux 25 (based on Trixie) is out and I have produced a new respin including TDE.
As previously, MX-snapshot requires lightdm/xfce to work, so you get an xfce installer, but TDE (from psb) is installed, you "just have" to choose TDE at login and - if you want - use tdm instead of lightdm. The archive includes a readme.
Size is 4.4 GB and the download link is: https://mega.nz/file/0jolRCjJ#_h9CFQoJBO4nVc37FedFSrvJLEh2QKM47XBUqDtdVkY

Any chance of a regular download link that will work with wget, or a torrent? The download stalled a bit under half way through. I restarted it, but now it tells me you've used most of your download quota, so I cancelled the download.

What's required for wget? Full url to some place on my website would do? I probably couls not leave the image there forever (I use the minimum hosting version :) but I could do it for a while.

OK, this seems to work with wget:
http://www.decoulon.ch/MXLinux/MX-25+TDE.iso http://www.decoulon.ch/MXLinux/MX-25+TDE.iso.md5 http://www.decoulon.ch/MXLinux/ReadMe_Remix25.pdf
Please note that bandwidth is limited (should be good for 10 downloads...). I have to check what could be done with torrents but my machine is not on all the time.

Maybe upload it to archive.org? (They also offer torrents, as well as direct downloads.) They can manage the bandwidth better than the ordinary person. Then you have to pay for the bandwidth usage only once, when you upload.
I see that many other people upload Linux distros, software; also a lot of old systems and programs.
Bill
Thierry,
have you considered hosting these on github? All the storage and bandwidth that you want for free.
Cheers. Jim

Github refuses to upload such a big file.
I did not know that.
I wonder whether doing an end-run around that (e.g., by chopping a big file into N pieces) violates their terms of service.
Oh well, too bad.
Jim
Got it, thanks.
I created a torrent file (attached) that I think should be downloadable. I'll seed it for a while in case anyone wants to download it. Let me know if you try it and it doesn't work.

Thank you. I'm currently uploading to archive.org - it's very slow.

No takers so far. Let me know when your upload is done and I'll discontinue the torrent (unless someone is downloading it at the time).

OK, upload done.
Here https://archive.org/details/mx-25-tde.-7z
You'll find a 7z archive with ido, md5 and readme, and a torrent to the same.

Speaking for myself only, not for TDE, I would be concerned as to whether this complies with the relevant GPL and other licenses for all the Linux, GNU, TDE, and other software it contains.
See for example GPLv2 clause 3 for how your distribution of the respin might be made compliant. https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html
I appreciate the work you put into this compilation. We also have to respect the work of those who created the software in your compilation, and who released it under license.
Ensuring correct licensing is not easy. For example, it often seems to me to be the toughest job in Debian.

There are several respins on the MX-Linux forum, and MX-Snapshot is provided for that, so I doubt there is a problem.
Basically, this is simply the MX-25 live installer with TDE installed, so if MX-25 can be distributed and Trinity can also, what license would be broken?
