Slavek said it was probably the kgtk-qt3-trinity package.

In any case, my result now is the same as back then (in February of 2022): "Package 'gtk3-tqt-engine-trinity' is not installed, so not removed"; the same with kgtk-qt3-trinity.

Did you chaeck if "gtk2-engines-gtk-qt-trinity" is still instaled? If so, remove it and restart your session.
