Those screenshots provide nearly zero useful information. Icons tell us virtually nothing If you must show screenshots, change the view mode to "Detailed List View" first. Better than screenshots are command input/output copied and pasted, in part because they don't require jumping back and forth between email and image viewer in trying to respond.
