What is the command for a complete app install? The command I had to run was tde-tdebase which didn't install any apps except for Konsole etc. Thanks,ChrisCHRMAR3@AOL.COM
How did you install?
Installing for Ubuntu is:
sudo apt-get update sudo aptitude install kubuntu-default-settings-trinity kubuntu-desktop-trinity
(more infos on the wiki).
There are no install instructions specific to Mint, however Mint being Ubuuntu based that's what I would choose. Any Mint users could tell more.
Some installs don't include TDM or other stuff, so I usually search in synaptic for "trinity" and install what I feel is missing.
tde-base (as far as I know) is a metapackage that includes only the basics. On Debian based ditributions aptitude install tde-trinity does the job.
Once TDE is installed you should be able to choose it as DE at login.
